Michael Higgins is the owner-operator of H.D. Enterprises. Originally from the Jacksonville, Florida area, he now lives in Tampa with his family. Michael graduated from Ave Maria University in Naples, Fla. In his free time, he enjoys camping, hiking, and the beach. He also enjoys exploring cutting-edge best practices for software and web design.
Previously, Michael helped develop an iPad Beta program for Jesuit High School, after which, he started his business in 2014.
Since then, he has focused on providing premier web development services for small to medium-sized businesses.
